Syktyvkar Plywood Mill is one of Russia’s largest producers of wood-based panel materials.
The company specializes in the production of large-format plywood products and laminated chipboards.
Currently, the mill has an annual production capacity of more than 230 thousand m³ of plywood and 300 thousand m³ of chipboard. The sales volume of edgebanding is about 6 million running meters annually.
The company employs about 1,400 people.
Syktyvkar Plywood Mill’s trademarks include “SyPly” for plywood in 2005 and “Lamarty” for laminated chipboard.

David Amaryan is the Founder and CEO of Balchug Capital, an investment management entity. He holds a degree in Finance and International Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
His career began on Wall Street at AllianceBernstein in New York. He built a successful career in investments at several renowned financial institutions before founding Balchug Capital. An internationally recognized industry leader, he was featured in the Tomorrow’s Titans 2021 report as a future leader in the alternative investment industry. In 2023, he co-founded the Amaryan Charitable Foundation with his brother. The Foundation supports impactful initiatives in Armenia, with a focus on the fields of education, sports, and culture.
Robert H. Tembeckjian is Administrator and Counsel to New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct. He is a graduate of Syracuse University, the Fordham University School of Law and Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government, where he earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration. As a Fulbright Scholar to Armenia in 1994, he was a Visiting Professor of Political Science at the American University of Armenia, where he taught Citizenship and Public Ethics and Constitutional Law. He has authored numerous articles on judicial ethics in legal periodicals and has served on various ethics and professional responsibility committees and boards.

“Metropolis” is a large modern shopping and entertainment center in Moscow. The complex is constructed in a style similar to the European model of shopping centers with large parking spaces and comprehensive zoning of shopping areas.
Constructed in 2008, the building consists of 4 floors of diverse stores with a total area of 205000 m². The complex features a multi-level parking lot with 4000 spaces (underground and above ground), restaurants, a cinema, a fitness center, ATMs, a beauty salon, a supermarket, and children’s playgrounds.
In architectural terms, “Metropolis” somewhat resembles a small town. The inner space of the shopping center is reminiscent of a residential area, where bridges similar to Tower Bridge and Docklands connect the streets. “Metropolis” is excellent for both shopping and quality family time.

“Pulkovo Sky” is one of the largest Class A office buildings in Saint Petersburg. It’s a premium object that consists of three 14-storey towers with a total area of 76,000 m².
